Cutting Edge Recruiting Solutions is working with a client that has been a part of the Deerfield Beach, FL community for over thirty years. They specialize in equipment used by many lawn, landscaping, and sporting space companies and organizations.
This client is looking to add another Service Advisor to their Service Team. In this position, you will:
– Serve as a friendly, outgoing and professional liaison between mechanics and customers.
– Be the point person who owns the repair process, taking customer items to the mechanic team and coordinating repair, then following up with the customer.
– Bring knowledge of the service and repair process to the table and be able to provide expertise and professionally address customer concerns. (Experience at a car or powered vehicle dealership, just as an example.)
– Work Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4pm.
Rate of pay for this role will range $21-24/hour, depending on experience level, previous work relevance, and bilingual Spanish capability if applicable.
There will also be monthly incentives, a yearly bonus, inflation calculation bonuses, benefits after 60 days with the employer paying 80% on family plans, and most importantly you can bring your dog to work!
