Job Title: IT Project Manager (Construction Industry)

Pay: 135k-160k Annual + Health Benefits & PTO

Location: Davie, FL – Possibly Commute to Lighthouse Point, FL as well.


Define the extent, aims, and outcomes of projects aligning with business goals alongside senior leadership and stakeholders
Create and sustain project outlines, encompassing timetables, resource allotment, and financial planning
Recognize and oversee project interdependencies and pivotal stages
Collaborate with diverse teams to secure successful project conclusions
Supervise project advancement and regularly inform stakeholders of progress
Evaluate projects and appraise outcomes to pinpoint areas for enhancement
Ensure adherence to project management norms and top-tier practices

Bachelor’s degree in a related domain or commensurate professional practice
5-7 years experience with an established track record in project management, particularly in IT or software development initiatives

Profound familiarity with project management techniques and utilities
Familiarity with platforms like Salesforce is highly advantageous
Proficiency in managing multiple projects concurrently, showcasing strong program management competencies
Demonstrated accomplishments in vendor relations and bargaining contracts
Exceptional leadership capabilities, motivating and steering multifunctional teams
Sound grasp of process management principles and methodologies
Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in IT project management software tools
Strong analytical and solution-driven abilities
Exceptional communication and interpersonal proficiencies
