Job Title: Worker’s Compensation Attorney

Location: Port St Lucie and West Palm Beach Offices

Pay range: 100k-160k annual + Benefits

We’re actively searching for a Workers’ Compensation attorney to join our esteemed firm, situated across West Palm Beach, FL, and Port Saint Lucie, FL.

While prior experience in Workers’ Compensation law is beneficial, what truly matters is your dedication to expanding knowledge and refining skills. The ability to practice law in Florida and a strong academic track record are prerequisites for this role.

As part of our team, you’ll have the privilege of working closely with our managing partners, receiving mentorship throughout every stage of litigating Workers’ Compensation cases – from inception to courtroom proceedings.

Your duties will span a diverse spectrum, including, but not limited to:

  • Representing clients before the Florida Division of Workers’ Compensation.
  • Thoroughly evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of Workers’ Compensation cases, involving depositions, clear client counsel, comprehensive medical reviews, and adept negotiation for case resolution.
  • Demonstrating an in-depth understanding of Florida Workers’ Compensation laws.
  • Efficiently managing a significant caseload while exhibiting strong leadership skills.

Flexibility to travel between our West Palm Beach, FL, and Port Saint Lucie, FL offices is required for this role.
